Your giving changes lives!
W4 works to protect poor girls and young women in Cambodia and ensure their right to an education, so that they can lift themselves out of poverty and build safe, dignified lives for themselves and their families.
In addition to ensuring the primary and secondary education of Cambodia’s most vulnerable girls and young women, W4 also strives to guarantee talented young students from poor communities the opportunity of a college education or vocational training. College/vocational training tuition and related fees are costly and prohibitive for poor young women and their families.
Thanks to scholarships, young women are able to pursue higher education or vocational training and gain vital skills and qualifications, enabling them to obtain formal employment. The opportunity of higher education or vocational training has a powerful ripple effect on the wider community as these young women emerge with qualifications and skills that enable them to contribute to the development of their communities.
Offer an underprivileged young woman the opportunity of a university education or vocational training that will enable her to break the intergenerational cycle of poverty and create a bright future for herself and her family!
